Quantity and time requirements are automatically calculated from the bill of materials; quotations can be generated at the touch of a button, and material requirements can be clearly analysed by production batch or area of responsibility.

Based on the bill of materials, Zentro automatically generates purchase orders, including status tracking and EDI transmission to suppliers. Time requirements are transferred directly into capacity planning, whilst bills of materials and CAD documents are made available digitally to production. Production monitoring, machine interfaces and digital completion notifications ensure an up-to-date overview of the production status.

Zentro also supports end-to-end processes in financial control: working hours and machine output are recorded directly at workpiece or component level, target and actual values are automatically compared, and delivery notes and invoices are efficiently generated from the available data.
