The Moldaschl joinery was looking for a way to organise its daily work processes more efficiently, transparently and digitally. Manual processes, distributed information and a lack of real-time overviews led to unnecessary work for the team. The aim was to provide end-to-end digital support for all steps - from the first customer enquiry to final production.

Zentro ERP as an end-to-end process companion.
Since April, the joinery has successfully relied on the Zentro ERP system to centrally control all operational processes.
The system maps the entire process chain completely digitally. All employees can call up important order data at any time and document progress.
This not only improves internal communication - the entire team now works with a shared, up-to-date database.
