Why did you decide in favour of Zentro?
We had three offers on the table - in the end, Zentro came out on top. It was important to us that the system covered both areas: window construction via Klaes and classic joinery via Imos. Zentro brings this together and ensures standardised processes - regardless of the construction programme. The decisive factors were the functional depth, the future-proof nature of the solution and the good price-performance ratio. Our IT manager also scrutinised the systems closely - Zentro had a clear technical advantage.

How was the start with Zentro?
It was challenging. We had the new company building and the ERP changeover at the same time - it was no walk in the park. In addition, many employees have many years of experience and well-established processes. Converting these to a new system is no mean feat.
Was there scepticism in the team?
Definitely. Especially in production - there are established structures there that can't be changed overnight. However, we organised targeted training sessions to bring everyone up to speed step by step.
What has improved with Zentro?
The improvements are most noticeable in the warehouse and in purchasing. Previously, there was no standardised article system and a lot of things were done on paper. Now everything is digital, clearly structured and traceable - every part is recorded, everyone knows what is there and what has been ordered - even if the colleague responsible is not there.

How did the technical realisation go?
Very well. The connection to Klaes for the window area and Imos for the joinery works smoothly. The calculation data from Imos can be transferred to Zentro without any problems - only a few details had to be adjusted. Another major advantage was that we were able to transfer all the data seamlessly. This allowed us to build on our existing structures without losing anything.
How did the collaboration with Zentro go?
We have a fixed contact person in the company who takes care of the software project internally and acts as a link to the Zentro team. This ensures clear communication and short paths. The cooperation with our Zentro advisor was also excellent - quick reactions, competent support. You simply realise that there is someone there who cares.
What's next?
We're still in the middle of it - some things are already running smoothly, others still need some time. But the goal is clear: we want to bring all areas under one roof, regardless of which design programme is used. And with Zentro, we have the right basis for this.
