• Material flow via tablet: order status & goods receipt.

  • Warehouse management: Software for paperless warehouse management.

  • Warehouse visualisation: on plan or map with GPS coordinates.

  • More than merchandise management: Zentro All-In-One ERP

Merchandise managementPurchasing, warehouse, inventory and delivery management.

A high-performance merchandise management system forms the backbone of efficient company processes. Zentro supports you right from the procurement stage with structured enquiries, clear price comparisons and automatic order proposals based on minimum stock levels. Item-related supplier conditions, EDI orders and digital delivery date control and goods receipt recording ensure transparency, planning reliability and smooth processes.

In warehouse and delivery management, Zentro offers a complete overview of storage locations, batches and stock reservations. Internal orders utilise free stock in a targeted manner, digital stocktaking with barcode scanners is efficient and paperless. Delivery notes and packing lists take over all relevant order data, including working times and material processes in real time.

Digital material flow processes increase transparency and efficiency in company processes.

Zentro provides all employees in the company with a clear overview of the current status of all orders, which reduces the need for queries and creates transparency. The software makes it possible to monitor material stocks in real time. This means you can see immediately what material is missing, ordered or in stock.

Orders: on the tablet, incoming goods: process digitally.

Our digital goods receipt process creates transparency and efficiency in the company workflow. Delivery notes are photographed on a tablet, digitally compared with the orders recorded in Zentro and marked as "received". This means that information about incoming goods is immediately available to all employees, minimising downtimes, searches and queries.

Paperless materials management: right down to the delivery note.

Incoming goods can be processed completely digitally, eliminating the need for tedious paperwork. This not only saves time, but also reduces errors. Location-independent, digital material recording minimises bureaucratic effort. If required, a digital delivery note can be created or added to directly. Picking and warehouse return postings can also be seamlessly digitalised.

Warehouse management: in the storage tower, project-related and with mobile storage locations.

Zentro's warehouse management software supports you in the efficient organisation of materials in different storage environments. It enables the flexible organisation of storage locations.

The storage locations can not only be organised in different storage types, such as chaotic storage systems, storage towers or high-bay warehouses, but can also be mobile and can therefore be relocated within the warehouse or to other company locations, construction sites or project warehouses. This allows dynamic adaptation to changing requirements and efficient utilisation of the available storage space.

Warehouse management: via QR codes and tablet scan in real time.

  • Warehouse management: The software makes it possible to monitor the material stock in real time. You can immediately see what material is missing, ordered or in stock.
  • QR code labels and tablet scanning: Material withdrawals become more efficient and accurate as QR code labels are scanned via tablets. This enables fast and accurate booking of goods, resulting in a better level of information, e.g. for timely reorders.

Digital warehouse visualisation for a better overview.

Zentro also offers mobile warehouse visualisation, which ensures that users can easily find what they are looking for, regardless of their location. This flexibility and mobility are key factors in optimising workflow and minimising bottlenecks.

Overall, Zentro helps to increase efficiency in warehouse management by enabling precise inventory management, flexibility in warehouse location and seamless connection to different warehouse systems. This results in improved control over the material flow and ultimately increased overall efficiency of logistics processes.

storage locations via GPS and on floor plan for different locations.

  • Storage locations visualised as GPS coordinates and on floor plans
  • Cross-location warehouse visualisation
  • Colour coding for project-relevant materials
  • Storage locations of several sites at a glance

Project-related storage in containers or boxes - also mobile.

The option of setting up project-related warehouses in containers or boxes is particularly practical. The location of these containers can be changed within the warehouse or even moved to another warehouse at a different location. This offers a considerable advantage for construction projects or when parts have to be delivered to external manufacturers. If the location of a storage site is moved, this automatically affects the parts stored there.

The warehouse visualisation is available as an add-on module to our ERP variants

FAQs ERP.

What can the Zentro ERP system do?

Zentro is an ERP software that maps all commercial processes in the company and offers integrated parts lists, CRM, capacity planning, time recording and post-calculation, among other things.

Zentro includes various interfaces to CAD and CAM systems, suppliers and accounting.

Our customers come from a wide range of industries, such as carpentry, painting and interior design. In principle, however, the ERP system can be customized for a wide range of industries.

What does the flexible calculation in the Zentro ERP system look like?

Zentro specializes in order-related calculations. Depending on the phase a project is in, the appropriate costing for materials and working time is carried out.

Plausibility and completeness checks are available for this by automatically adding up working times, purchase and sales prices and automatically calculating mark-ups.

Can the project management, for example the process of creating the workpieces, cross-departmental coordination, time recording, etc., be covered after the calculation?

Zentro supports you in scheduling your orders, either through automated backward scheduling or manually via drag-and-drop.

The planned working times from the calculation are transferred to capacity planning. You can also see the utilization of your resources, taking into account feedback from time recording.

On which technological platform (operating system, database system) can the Zentro ERP system be used?

Zentro is an enterprise software that can be used in conjunction with various database systems, such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL and MariaDB.

The software is used for both Windows and Linux and is also continuously tested for both operating systems.

What is the system architecture required for the Zentro ERP system and how is the data stored?

The data is stored in a relational database on the server (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server). The Zentro Client is a desktop application and platform-independent.

All other modules are also available as desktop applications.

What are the minimum requirements for the server so that the Zentro ERP system can be installed?

At least 4 GB RAM and an up-to-date operating system.

Can the Zentro ERP system be used web-based and which browser is required for this?

Zentro can be used partially web-based. The time recording solution has a web client. Firefox, Edge and Chrome are currently being tested as browsers.

Is it possible to flexibly assign write and read rights in the Zentro ERP system?

Rights management is implemented using a role concept. Individual rights are combined into groups for a better overview. Users are assigned to one or more groups. The user rights are divided as follows: Create, Read, Edit and Delete.

How many users can work simultaneously with the Zentro ERP system in the company? Is it possible to start with a single license?

Zentro ERP is infinitely scalable from the single-user license - that means you decide how many user licenses you need.

Can data, such as cost records or warehouse information, be transferred from other systems to the Zentro ERP system?

The Zentro ERP system serves as a link to all your existing software solutions. It can be opened for almost any data source and can also supply data for a wide variety of external systems.

Imports and exports of tenders, product catalogs, stock levels, delivery times, prices, orders, order confirmations, delivery bills and invoices are provided.

Which interfaces to other providers (for data import/export) are possible with the Zentro ERP system?

EDIFACT, IDoc, DATANORM, tender interfaces according to GAEB and ÖNORM, online stores such as Magento, Oxid, marketplaces such as Amazon-de, Amazon-fr, Amazon-uk, ebay, OpenCad, S&S, CAD+T, Imos, RSO, Pro Engineer, Inventor, SolidWorks, Pytha, CAM/CNC for Holzher, Schelling, Homag, Dimter, Langzauner, Lantec, Fibu e.g. BMD, RZL, WinFibu, ... e.g. BMD, RZL, WinFibu, ...
