We promise that no email addresses or other data will be sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes. Collecting, using and storing personal information

In principle, no personal data is processed in connection with the use of this website. This website contains button-shaped links to plugins of various social networks, including, among others, "Facebook.com", "Google.com" as well as "Youtube.com". When the respective buttons are pressed, personal data (e.g. IP address) may be collected by the operators of the respective social networks. We have no influence on the collection of data by the respective operators of the social networks. Information on the extent and use of the collected data can be found in the privacy statements of the respective social networks.
There is also a newsletter on our site for which you can register. We store the data collected here (name and e-mail address) only as long as they serve the purpose of informing you about news from us and for a maximum of two more years thereafter. You can also easily unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link found under each newsletter and following the instructions there.
How we handle e-mail requests
If you write us an inquiry, then the data you provide (such as email address, name, phone number, address and all attachments to the email) will be stored by us for 24 months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case we need to contact you.
Your right of revocation
You can revoke your consent to the processing of your data at any time. To do so, simply send an email tooffice@zentro.at. After revocation, we will contact you to let you know what data we have from you and that we will delete the data within one month of receiving your request and will no longer process it. If we do not properly comply with your right of revocation, you have the right to file a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority.
Your data subject rights
You can send an informal request for information about your data, a request for correction of your data, deletion of your data, data portability, restriction of data processing or right of objection tooffice@zentro.at at any time.
We will process your request within one month and inform you about the measures taken. In principle, requests are free of charge. However, we reserve the right, in case of excessive or obviously unfounded requests, not to process them or to process them only against a cost fee of 120,- Euro per required working hour. Should your data be necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, the request for deletion can only be processed after the mandatory reasons for storage have ceased to exist. We reserve the right to request proof of identity for security and legal reasons.
If you suspect that your request is not being processed or is not being processed properly, you have the right to contact the Austrian data protection authority by means of a complaint.
