We advise on optimizing the communication quality of joineries
The objective for the project is to manage communication between supplier companies and production companies right through to the end customer in a continuously clear and transparent manner, thus also free of complaints, which can reduce costs, material and resource expenditure.
This happens with a wide variety of cooperative approaches: from simple data exchange to automated control systems, thus saving time and costs in the entire administrative flow of a production and service process.
We are very pleased to be able to accompany this innovative project team as external experts, especially with regard to a future mapping of the optimized processes in a software solution.
