One of our internal priorities for the next two years is gender mainstreaming and the advancement of women. At first glance, this may not sound like IT at all, but we think it's incredibly important for a functioning, modern company.
We support and encourage our female employees so that they feel (even) more confident in technical areas and programming work. In addition, it is also important to us that we communicate the topic to the outside world.
