We offer our employees flexible working hours as part of our flexitime model and a wide range of part-time options. Enough free time brings decisive advantages for employer and employees: More time for recreation and more enjoyment of work. Therefore, we have opted for a flexitime model in which every additional hour worked within the framework of the flexitime model is consumed as free time.
